Shipping

We can ship to virtually anywhere, but our “Free Shipping” promo applies only to shipping addresses in the continental United States.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@wotskincare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your items are received, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. All Returns are free

• Products that have been significantly used
